Adam and Steph embarked on a journey of providing personal training and succeeded in this venture and transformed the health of their clients.

When lockdown hit, Adam and Steph took a moment to reflect on their experience in the fitness industry, including personal training and working in commercial gyms, and decided to purchase their own facility

Since taking the leap, Adam and Steph have formed a supportive community of health-conscious individuals who are dedicated to achieving a happier and healthier lifestyle, resulting in remarkable body and life transformations for their members.
Owners note
With very little knowledge and experience of how to set up or run a business, 2 years ago we decided to go for it anyway and started a gym called Functional Fitness We had no money! No members and no clue to how we was going to make this work! So When the open day came it was scary!!! Fast forward to now, we sit here quite REGULARLY and have very grateful moments!! “ we’ve done this, we built this, we’ve created this!!” We have the pleasure to coach and work alongside incredible people daily!!
The environment is uplifting- positive- fun - lighthearted.
We have built a community!

If you are looking to get stronger and fitter - this is the place for you. All the classes are planned to work on different muscle groups but not through boring repetition - Adam uses his extensive imagination (and knowledge) to produce engaging and fun classes - Highly recommend this place.

I have been training with Steph for over 4 years, she’s always gone above and beyond and has helped me not only physically but mentally too.
