Am I fit enough for your group sessions?

All sessions are catered to all ages and abilities. Exercises can be regressed or progressed making them perfect for new-comers and seasoned gymgoers.

Do I need to workout every day?

No, you do not. In fact, we recommend in most cases two recovery days per week. This can vary for every individual

What is the best exercise for fat loss?

Not one exercise is better than another for fat loss. An ideal program for a change in body composition will include weight training and cardio vascular exercise.

How quickly can I see results?

It can take anything from 6 weeks onwards to make noticeable lasting results but don't rush the progress, learn to enjoy it.

How can I lose fat from my belly?

Unfortunately, we can't spot reduce fat. But sticking to a calorie deficit and a good training program will help reduce fat from all over the body.
