No, you do not. In fact, we recommend in most cases two recovery days per week. This can vary for every individual
Not one exercise is better than another for fat loss. An ideal program for a change in body composition will include weight training and cardio vascular exercise.
It can take anything from 6 weeks onwards to make noticeable lasting results but don't rush the progress, learn to enjoy it.
Unfortunately, we can't spot reduce fat. But sticking to a calorie deficit and a good training program will help reduce fat from all over the body.
